Kirkop

Ħal Kirkop is one of Malta’s smaller villages, yet it’s rich in heritage and character. The village symbol, Il-Menħir, a standing stone dating back to prehistoric times, hints at its ancient past. Visitors can also explore Palaeo- Christian catacombs, the medieval Church of the Annunciation, and numerous street niches dedicated to saints, which give the village its distinct charm.
