Pjazza San Pawl (Fra Diegu Square)
Fra Diegu Square, or Pjazza San Pawl, is Ħamrun’s bustling social heart, a place where life unfolds in small but meaningful ways. Unveiled in 1932, the monument by renowned sculptor Vince Apap honours Fra Diegu and overlooks a square filled with the chatter of locals, pigeons, and the aroma of snacks from nearby kiosks. It remains a popular meeting spot for workers, residents, and visitors alike.
